The cost of studying at Middlesex
When coming to Middlesex, students will need to budget for:
- Tuition fees that vary according to the course
- Additional costs for field and residential trips on some courses
- Accommodation costs in halls of residence or privately rented accommodation
- Living costs, such as food, travel and entertainment
- English language tuition fees if they want to study English in the UK before the beginning of their course.

We don’t want students to be discouraged from university study due to financial reasons so we offer scholarships, awards and bursaries.

How to make a payment
Tuition fees must be paid before enrolment. Students must make sure that they have the appropriate banking facilities in place for when they arrive in the UK.
They are able to pay using:
- Bank to bank transfers
- Debit or credit cards, except American Express and Diners Club
We do not accept cash as a means of payment.
Tuition fee deposit will only be applicable if they have been provided with an unconditional offer from Middlesex University.
Fee discount
We offer all Middlesex University alumni a 20% fee reduction on postgraduate courses. International alumni can benefit if they are not in receipt of any regional awards.
