Accommodation fees & what's included

All our halls prices include:

Cleaning service (kitchen and communal areas)
On-site laundry facilities (additional cost per use)
On-site customer service, security and maintenance teams
Basic contents insurance
Internet access
Utility bills included (water, gas, and electric)

There are security guards on site during the night and at the weekends and students will be given their contact details.

When to apply

There’s no deadline to apply for accommodation although they should apply as soon as possible to get the halls they want. Students need to have received a confirmed offer in order to apply for accommodation.

Discount

We offer a prompt payment discount of 2% to all students. To be eligible for this discount, students must have a 40 week contract, from September to June, and must pay their full rent for the whole contract period by the payment deadline.

Move in dates

The primary move-in date is September 15th, but it is possible to organise a move-in on the 14th or 16th.

Deposit and rent payment

Students do not need to pay a deposit when they apply for accommodation. Instead, they will need to make an advance rent payment when they accept an offer of accommodation. If they need to cancel the room before the start of term, and there’s enough time for another student to take it, then they will get a refund of any money they’ve paid.
