ENROLMENT AND GETTING STARTED

There are lots of ways you can prepare to start your studies and settle in the UK. Find out more about how to prepare yourself for coming to the UK, and all the important things you need to know about enrolment. Joining our Orientation Programme is also a great place to start to socialise and make new friends.

Can anyone join a sports team?

Yes, all our students are welcome to join our sports team. We have a large range of activities you can take part in. Find something for you here.

How early and late are classes running?

Classes run between 9 am to 7 pm at the latest.

Where can I find the academic calendar?

Can I change course during my first week?

Yes, you are able to change your programme via admissions up until the end of the 2nd week of teaching. After that date, you would need to request a programme change using our request changes to study form.

How many hours of actual teaching will I have per week?

The number of teaching hours will depend on your programme of study, you usually have classes 3 to 4 days a week. You will have plenty of time for personal study and social life.

What are the food options on campus?

Our food court situated in MDX house offers something for everyone. We cater for the following dietary requirements across the majority of our eateries: Halal, Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-free and Pescatarian. Find out more about food on campus here.

Can I come to the university by bike?

Yes, our campus is bike friendly and has plenty of safe space for you to leave your bike while on campus.
